About Nydeen Bauza, MSN, FNP-BC
Nydeen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Keiser University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified as an FNP-BC.
Before transitioning into advanced practice, Nydeen spent six years at the bedside in the Intensive Care Unit, where she cared for critically ill pulmonary, cardiac, and post-surgical patients. That ICU foundation shapes the way she practices today — calm under pressure, meticulous with detail, and focused on educating patients and their families through every step of their care.
At Pulmonary Associates, Nydeen works alongside our physician team to manage asthma, COPD, chronic cough, sleep apnea, and long-term pulmonary follow-up. She believes great outcomes come from listening first and building a plan the patient actually understands.
Outside of the clinic, Nydeen loves to paint and travels every chance she gets — collecting inspiration for her next canvas along the way.
